TCR invest in new CRM Software Package

    TCR have invested in a new bespoke CRM software package to ensure that TCR is running at its maximum efficiency. The primary purpose of the software is to streamline all major areas of customer interactions. This means we can manage contacts, set appointments, handle customer service, and numerous other tasks.

    The software makes use of a dashboard, analytics and reporting tools to provide TCR with an all-encompassing vantage point of operations.

    Our engineers use tablets at their site visits, enabling reports from their visit to be received in the office within minutes of them leaving site. The job cards are then processed and forwarded to customer within two hours.

    The biggest benefit of our TCR’s CRM system is that its use leads to a better overall customer experience.
